With this knowledge and the right attitude you can save your life.
Do You Have The Right Mindset?
It doesn’t matter what you learn in self-defense if you don’t have the mental mind-set to implement the technique.
Many people will spend years doing robotic movements thinking they are perfecting the technique only to be disappointed when the real confrontation happens.
To overcome this issue, I recommend you taking a moment to practice how to access the right mindset.
Imagine you have a child. What would you naturally want to do if you knew someone one in front of you was about to rape and kill you then kidnap your child and sell them on the open sex slave market?
What’s your natural impulse if you had nothing to lose and everything to gain? Feel it now and practice with a friend.
I apologize for the graphic description because I know it’s crude and heartless. And this is the real world. You must practice with the worse case scenario in mind. Think of the worse thing that can happen to help you to mobilize the right energy to save your life along with your child’s life. Even if you don’t have a child, imagine you do, you can still use this technique to mobilize the right intentions.
Getting back to my question. What would you do knowing this? My guess is, you would sacrifice your life if needed to protect your child. This is the attitude and emotional leverage you need to survive a personal attack. You must be willing to put it all on the line in an instant.
This attitude is what makes this technique the most powerful I know. When you can jam your fingers into someone’e eye sockets like I have shown you, they don’t stand a chance. You must bring in the deepest of animal instincts and survive. The penetration of your thumbs into the eye socket of the perpetrator will shock their nervous system and change its trajectory from predator to prey.
There are other things you can do that are preventative to this happening in the first place.
One of the most powerful tools I learned was the daily practice of martial arts. After a few months of training I stopped biting my fingernails to the bone. It happened naturally because I gained confidence in myself. It was even more powerful than therapy which I’ve done on and off for years. It accelerated the internal growth I needed to understand myself. It’s brought my inner beliefs about myself and the world to the surface. You can benefit as well.
It doesn’t matter if you are tiny or large, big or small. What matters is your desire to discipline yourself to practice and study the benefits that start unfolding as time passes. The daily practices of martial arts will transform your life. You can begin today if you want. Go to this link [Martial arts Basics Program] and sign up for a free trial.
