Ed Ferrigan has been training in the martial arts since 1985. He trains to reap the benefit of physical conditioning and developing focus. He follows the philosophy of his primary teacher Grand Master Al Dacascos in that we practice with the intention to adapt to all situations. The best attitude to train with is one of humbleness, kindness, and respect for all of life.

Ed Ferrigan, M.A., CPCC, SEP has been training in the martial arts since 1985. He has black belts in Tang Soo Do, Tae Kwon Do, and Wun Hop Kuen Do Kung Fu. His passion is the discipline and personal value of focused training. His goal in this site is to help people feel confident and to get thr most out of their lives. Ed currently lives in Boise, ID and have been a life coach and trauma therapist for 24 years.
